I talked to MCAD, Parsons School of Art + Design in Paris, and their school in NY, Parsons, The New School for Design.

I didn't really have any specific schools i was looking for, so these ones just looked good/had short lines, except for mcad. that one took foreverrrrrr.
i mostly talked to them about how to connect my pieces cause they all seem so separate from each other right now. the representative from mcad suggested i make my concentration less broad and focus in on a more specific aspect of dependence. they all said draw from observation and not from photographs! i really liked talking to the person from Parsons in NY. she actually thought i should do more watercolor because of some of the stuff in my sketchbook. i have never really liked watercolor that much, so that was interesting. it was good...

hahha watercolor + you.
ReplyDeleteYeah I think it would be good if you narrowed down your concentration and made it more specific. Maybe brainstorming all the ideas you have for dependence and choose a few and try to find a connection between them and try to focus on that
