ok. i am really frustrated right now with where my art is going. i feel like i am stuck in a rut. i liked what i was doing for a while, but now i am kind of bored with it and i feel like my work isn't changing or growing at all and i don't like it! there are two things i think i want to do. one is add a lot more contrast. it just makes the image so much more interesting and exciting.
another thing i want to do is loosen up. some how. i feel like all of my pieces are TOO tight. i wanted to focus on details and i wrote that in to my concentration, but i feel like i have got too caught up in that and it is holding me back. i want to do something a little freer.
